Here at CDA, we’re frequently asked about what to expect in our consultations. We’ve put together a short video in order to help you understand and feel more comfortable when preparing for your consult. Feel confident booking with us, as for the second year in a row we have won the service of the year award!

We try to keep our costs down as maximum as possible but please be aware that our doctors, nurses, and admin staff do cost money to provide you with the best care possible. Our costs are upfront and transparent, we advertise all our costs on our website and in your consultation will discuss with you:

  • Your current condition(s).
  • The reason why you’re sourcing Medical Cannabis
  • Patient education on Medical Cannabis, products, and dosing.
  • A customised treatment plan and dosing plan that the Doctor or Nurse will help you with.
  • Review of your current and previous medications and treatments.
  • Discuss the access process.
  • Answer any questions that you might have.

There’s a lot of information provided to you in the consultation so please do feel free to bring a notebook and pen/pencil.

After your consultation payment is made via our patient care team. After payment is received and processed, we are then able to send your prescription to the pharmacy.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for your product to be ready at the pharmacy and we do appreciate your patience during these 10 days.

Follow up consultations are 6 weeks after the initial consultation, in order to review the treatment plan, the product and the dosage.

We hope that after following our tips you’ll fully take advantage of your consult and your time with one of our Cannabis experts.
