Telehealth consultations are done primarily over the phone. We can provide a video conference facility if the condition requires it. At the time of the consultation the Nurse or Doctor will call you on your mobile or phone number provided. We can organise the prescription to be mailed to the pharmacy. The pharmacy can provide secure shipping of the product.

Current patients can book in for follow up consults and new patients require a referral and health summary. We don’t accept walk-in appointments, so please register on our website and you’ll receive an information pack.

There’s secure underground parking located at the entrance off Moore Crescent, (on the right hand side of Chancellors Lakeside Accommodation). We’ll send you an SMS prior to your appointment with a code to enter the gate. Enter the code into the pin pad to the right of the gate. Parking availability is to the left.
